My client has paid and released the milestone but I did't receive yet.

Hi,

 

My client paid $50 for my work. It's been 2 days since the contract was closed but haven't received the payment yet. I checked my overview section but it's not in any section (review or pending).

 

I asked my client if he released the milestone, he shared the pictures with me and it seems he already paid. I don't know what's wrong. Can someone help me with that?

Hi Reyansh,

 

The contract you're referring to was completed under your agency account. You'll be able to locate the payment you're looking for under your agency account - transaction history.

Double-check your Reports Overview

It should be under Pending

 

When you go to the actual contract, what does it say under Milestones Paid?

Yeah, I see the transaction listed there but the balance is still $0.00. Will it take some time to update the record?

All payments are subject to a 5 day security period. Just like all your previous contracts.

You can see the date the funds will become available in the left hand column in the Pending tab.

Agency profile doesn't seem to have Work in progress, In Review, Pending, or Available tabs. More specifically agency profile doesn't have overview option. 

 

And I can't see that $50 in my freelancer profile.

Hi Reyansh,

 

Funds you're referring to are currently subjected to a standard five-day security period and will become available for withdrawal as shown under the date details in your transaction history. The Agency account doesn't have the same reports as the freelancer account. Your contracts under the agency won't show earnings in any report because they're paid to the agency, not directly to you.

My client is saying she paid $125 for my work yesterday but I haven't received the payment yet. I checked my overview section but it's not in any section (review or pending). In contract milestone paid section it is showing $0.

Hi Pooja,

 

I checked, and it looks like the funds are currently pending and you can check them here. The date as to when the funds should be available for withdrawal is also indicated on the link I have shared with you. When your client releases a milestone or final payment on a fixed-price job, it immediately shows as pending on your financial account. Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period. For additional information, please check this help article

Thank you for your message. All payments approved on the Fixed price contract must complete a 5 days security period before they are available for withdrawal. You can refer to the Report page to check the status of your earnings.

Hi there, I recently closed a contract because I couldnt reached the client for months.I checked my reports and I dont see the 20$ in the pending tab but it is in Billings/Earnings. I cannot access it, can you help me please

I can confirm that there is currently a pending balance available for you to withdraw from your account. You can view the transactions and balance here. The other pending amounts should be available to withdraw on the date indicated on the left.
