My company name contains number, but profile name is not allowing numbers in its name

Hi,

My company name contains number, but profile name is not allowing numbers in its name.  I could not continue with withdrawal setup, as my profile name should be exact name as my bank account name.   Also, please help us, how to make us verified agency?

I have contact support team thro chat, but there was not proper response.  It says we need to submit bank statement and business license to change profile name, but it didnt state, where we can upload our documents.

Please help.

Hi there,

It seems like you are referring to your agency account. Please know that since you require a freelancer account to create an agency, your freelancer account should contain your freelancer information. This includes adding your name. Your company name should not be used as your freelancer name, but you can indicate your company name in your agency profile. Hi Joanne,

Thank you for the response, what I am mentioning is my Company name is 'V2W SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED', in my Agency settings-> Contact Info, the name field is not accepting integer, so I cannot able to set the name as 'V2W SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED'.

Company bank account name is 'V2W SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED', when setting up withdrawal method,  company's bank account name is not same as Contact info name.  Because of that company may get payment failures. 

Please help us, how can we proceed further for this issue.

I am Pradeep filling in for Joanne. I see that you are requesting assistance with updating your correct agency name. I will be happy to assist you with your concern today. 

I would like to clarify that you will need to update the company owner's details on the Agency settings-> Contact Info page. You can update your agency name on the Agency profile page, which is found in the drop-down on the top right of your Upwork home page, as seen here.

I see that your agency name has already been updated to V2W Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, and your payment method will be active from September 8th. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.
