Need profile approved

Hello! 

I am helping my agency set up all of our members freelance profiles (including my own) on upwork. I've tried completing mine first and it's at 100% but when I try to purchase connects, it says my profile is not approved. I've followed so many videos, what do I need to do?

Hi Emily,

As an exclusive member of the agency, you can only use your agency membership plan. Exclusive agency members can only work on contracts under their Agency. For more information, please check out this help article.

Thank you for your reply. Someone else will have to but the connects. But
how can I get my profile approved? I've watched every video on getting
approved and it never seems to change. Can someone help me?

Hi Emily,

It looks like your account was already accepted. Agency members can either be exclusive or non-exclusive. Exclusive agency member can only work on contracts under the agency while non-exclusive member has a choice of applying for jobs either under the agency or not. An admin can change the status of the agency member in the Settings> Members & Permissions.

Guide me here, why cannot my staffing manager bid? 

How can  I assign connections to them? 

If I am buying connects why cannot I buy it as agency without upgrading to $20/month? this is totally unreasonable

And WHY the hell you have agency account if its such a pain in the ass?

Hi Hemant,

If your agency is on our basic plan you will be able to work on your current contracts only. In order to be able to send a proposal you will need to upgrade to our Agency Plus plan.
This way all of your team members will be able to send proposals and get hired on new contracts. Thank you.
