I want to inactive my agency. I have tried but am unable to do it as getting an error. Can you please inactive it.
In future, If I want I will be active in it. But for now, want to inactive it.
Kindly please help me with the same.

Hi Parth,
If you're looking for your Agency to remain inactive for a while, the best way to do that is to switch to the Agency Basic membership plan. I can see you've already done this so, if you're looking to hide your Agency further, you can change your profile to private in Settings. Please keep in mind if you were to close your Agency you would not be able to reopen it on your end.

Hi Parth,
While on your Agency profile go to Settings > Profile Settings then change the Visibility Setting.

Kindly close my agency as I want only the agency close or not showing on my profile as Associated with so please close it.
