Hi Ruzanna,
There are a lot of agencies on Upwork that are new to the website but were still able to land jobs. What set them apart was the way they crafted their agency profile and proposals.
As for the logo, and company name, yes! You will be able to use your logo and company name for your agency account.
Here is a set of help articles for more information about creating an agency account on upwork.

Hi Ruzanna,
Thanks for reaching out to us. The members of your Agency including the Managers can send proposals or apply to jobs like how a typical freelancer would. All agency members can submit proposals and each proposal draws from the agency’s collective balance of Connects. Business Managers can also submit proposals on behalf of any agency freelancer. When their proposals are submitted through the agency and a client hires them, the contract will be under your agency and all contract earnings are paid to the agency's financial account on Upwork. The agency will then distribute the payment to the member who worked on the contract. Please check out this help article for more information.
Thank you.
