Hi Pratik,
I think you may be referring to being given permissions for your client's account and notifications for activity on that account. If so, then you can control those settings. Just make sure you switch to the client account context by clicking on the image in the upper right corner of your profile, then go to Settings> Notification Settings. In the Recruiting section, you may want to switch "Receive recruiting emails for: Jobs my team and i post."
