No option to buy connects as agency

Hi there,

New to upwork and agency account in general. I have an agency plus membership, but I'm unable to send proposals because I have 0 connects and there is no option I see to purchase any. See screenshot attached!

Please advise.

Could you please try purchasing Connects on a laptop or desktop? Let us know if the issue persists.

Yes you will need to be on our Agency Plus plan in order to be able to purchase Connects under your agency. Thank you.

Hi Goran, When I set up the agency, I'm sure there was an option to purchase connects for a higher rate than the agency plus cost which is a huge overhead.   Why is there no option other than to have yet another start up overhead of $240/year once the agency is set up?

Currently, you are taking 10-20% off the top of every contract, which will reduce to 10% next month.  So you would be still be making at least $100/month plus per agency with the kind of work agencies would target.
