I understand that Upwork is a business platform, but forcing every new freelancer to pay $15, on the basic platform, is so unfair, you are not even sure of getting hired at all, why not give at most 20 connects, if one can complete a task, you can automatically make your deduction from the escrow account, kindly look into this, please.
