Not able to buy connects from my agency account

Hi,

I am not able to buy connects from my agency account.  buy connects disappeared. ( If I select the non-exclusive option there are 100 connections in my account so I changed it again in the exclusive option. But I want to buy connect from my agency account but buy connects disappeared. Please fix it.

Hi Sharry,

While you do need to have a billing method associated with your account in order to add Connects, we will always charge your available balance first.
