Not able to invite freelancers

I m trying to invite upwork freelancers to my agency account but i could not able to invite.

Hi Thilak,

Are you trying to invite this freelancer as an Exclusive Agency Member? If so, please know that Exclusive Agency Members can work on Upwork only as part of their agency so it is not possible to invite a freelancer with any active contracts as an exclusive member.
