Not able to remove a team member! Help

Hi All - I've been trying to remove one of my freelancers from my agency and it will not let me. Currently they have access to use all of the connects I have purchased on their own account and do outreach for themselve.

Every time I click on remove the team member a red box pops up and says "we were not able to remove team member".
