Open discussion, what are the pros and cons of joining an agency ?

Great question! Agencies deliver projects as a team which creates new opportunities for freelancers.
Agency members may have access to larger, longer-term projects as agencies are able to complete more complex projects requiring multiple skill sets. In addtion, agency Business Managers are often seeking work for their team members which means freelancers can spend less time looking for work and more time working.
