Our agency lost the Top Rated Plus badge, but it shouldn't.

Recently I received a message from UpWork that our agency got lost the Top Rated Plus badge. The email says that our 12-month earnings are less than $20000, but the truth is that we have more than $35000 in earnings for the last 12 months (My Stats page tells this).

Any possible reason for this to happen? Thanks.

P.S. Inability to have a live chat for a reason like this, even for a Top Rated Plus account (my personal account is still Top Rated Plus) is so frustrating.
