Paid fixed price not showing in the agency balance

There's a agency member that is working in a fixed price project.

• There are two milestones paid of $20 and one bonus of $5.
• The total of each applying fees are: $16, $16 and $4.
• Total of all milestones currently paid: $36

The last milestone of $20 was released April 21th. However only $16 is showing in balance.

My questions are:

1. Is there a possibility that the agency plus memebership is being paid from the balance ($20 + tax) instead of the associated payment method?
2. If not, then what is happening?

Looks like the 20% Upwork fee on contracts for the first 500$ with a client.

The fees where applied, in that case should be a total of $36, no $16

Sorry, I did not get that part. Monthly fees are taken from balance when amount is available.
