Password reset not sending to my email

This is not a "check your spam folder" issue - I am not getting any password reset e-mails for the past hour. I had to use a separate account in order to even report this issue. Can someone please help?

I am/have been having the same issue. I got an Upwork account in 2017 and I got locked out and guess what? I Never received an email for password recovery. That was 5 years ago. I realized through other users having the same issue, that I had to create an entirely NEW account for the sole purpose of reporting this ongoing issue. I don't understand why Upwork absolutely refuses to improve this feature for its users. It is 2022 and there is nothing on the site for account support. I need assistance with recovering my email. No email has been sent, although in the past 2hrs I have request and waited multiple times- and no- it is not in my spam folder. It never is. Please help.
