Problem with connects

Hi! I've registered an agency, paid, but haven't got any connects. Is it a mistake? Thank you in advance!

Hi Christina,

 

I would like to confirm that this is by design. The price of the Agency Plus plan will remain the same at $20 each month. However, the Agency Plus plan will no longer include Connects as one of the included benefits. Thank you.
