Profile rate drops to zero

Hi! 

I have a problem: I can't bid on projects because my profile rate is zero. Every time I go into profile editor and change it, hit save, it looks ok - until I refresh the page. There's no other save button, I double checked. 

Any suggestions?

Hi Ross,

Since you're an exclusive member of your agency, only the agency owner can update your rate from their end. Please reach out to the agency owner so that they can update your profile rate. Thank you.
