Hey everyone, I need some help. I was trying to post my first proposal on the platform from my agency profile. When I checked before posting, it showed me two contractors for the job, but after I finished writing my cover letter and refreshed the page, it only showed one contractor instead of two. Can anyone suggest how to proceed with this issue?

Hi Joanne,
I am attaching the screenshot of the issue that I'm facing. Also, it
has been more than 24 hours since my freelancer account i.e. in the name of
Ritika Sinha was not verified, I'm unsure if that is one of the reasons I'm
facing my submission issue.
The issue I'm facing is that when I am planning to submit my proposal it's
showing only 1 contactor named **Edited for community guidelines**. However, being a member of the
team with all the permissions granted it should have also shown my profile
i.e. Ritika Sinha as the contractor.

Thanks for following up here. I'm sorry but it seems like you missed adding the screenshot in your response. I can see that you are an exclusive member of the agency. Do you mean that you are also the agency manager? Are you referring to a different account?

This is Pradeep stepping in for Joanne. I checked and I am unable to replicate the issue you are describing. I am able to view 2 contractors on your agency while applying for jobs. We would need a screenshot of the error you are facing to troubleshoot the issue for you. Could you please send a private message with the screenshot of the issue you mentioned by clicking my name on this post?

You will need to verify your account to continue winning jobs on the platform. Once your account is verified, you will be able to see your Upwork profile while applying for jobs.
