Unable to Edit Hourly Rate and Apply for Jobs on Upwork

Hi I am unable to edit this. Even though my agency rate is stated i still can't apply for roles either.

I went under both Freelancer and Agency and i am unable to edit the hourly rate of the freelancer.

I am not sure if they are linked but htis is a major major problem!

Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account, and it seems that you’re an exclusive member of your agency. I noticed that your hourly rate is currently displayed as $0.00. To update your hourly rate, please switch over to your agency account and head to your "Agency Roster" page located under the "Find Work" tab, or you can just click this link.
