Receiving older notifications for older projects, client interviewing 24 freelancers. Is this of use

Hi all,

I am a top rated freelancer in my category, because of this I receive job notifications as per my skills and experience. Nowadays, I am receiving job notifications for projects which are already closed(client had hired other freelancer), Payment Not verified, Scammers, new clients who have not yet spent a penny but they have posted 8-9 projects, a week longer job posts, client is already interviewing 8-10 Freelancers, which are of no use.

I know a lot has happened in the last 6-8 months, as freelancers who were working from the last 8-10 years are posting insane posts, which has not happened since the start of Odesk now Upwork.

Before Russia - Ukraine war and Pakistan Floods, all things were running smoothly as usual. 

Just wait for the good times to come again, the whole world needs peace and not war at this crucial times.

Everybody is suffering and worried about Climate change, Global warming, Health problems.
