A freenlancer (**Edited for community guidelines**) working for my agency has recently completed a job and the concerned client also paid the project cost. This is my first completed project on Upwork - both for the freelancer and the agency. I have also added my payment method as the owner and the business manager of the agency.
I wish to know: -
1. That will the amount get paid to the agency bank account (that is my account) or the freelancer bank account?
2. Till what date can I expect to receive payment for the completed project?
3. Till what date is my payment method expected to get approved?

All payment for agency contracts are received in the Agency’s account balance, and you as an agency owner can control and divide the earnings as per your agreement with your team members. Please check this help article about Agency Finances.
Funds you're referring to have been currently subjected to a standard five-day security period and will become available for withdrawal as shown under the date details in your Transaction History.
For security reasons, your new payment method will become active in three calendar days, which is June 5th.
