Regaring account migration from freelancer to agency

Hello,

I have a freelancer account. I want to migrate to agency account. Actually I have already created the agency account but I want to know that can I shift my reviews & ratings from freelance profile to agency account. I have 2 reviews coming up on my freelancer profile. Will those reviews be transferred to my agency account?

Hi Karan,

Unfortunately, you can't move your freelancer profile reviews to your agency account.Only when you're hired through your agency, those reviews will be reflected in your agency profile and also in your personal profile.
When you're a non-exclusive member of your agency, you can apply to hire as "Agency". If you're hired and get reviews then, you can get reviews for your agency profile along with your personal profile.
If you're an exclusive member of your agency then, you can not apply from your personal profile. However, as many as work you've done and got reviews by getting hired as an agency member, every detail will be reflected in your personal profile.
