I’m seeking guidance on how to report an urgent issue. My agency account, originally registered under my partner’s name on Upwork, has been moved by him to a sole proprietorship without my authorization. Additionally, he has blocked my access to the email account that was used to register our agency on Upwork, preventing me from managing or even accessing the account.
Since I am unable to access the registered email and report the issue from my upwork profile, could anyone advise me on how to proceed in reporting this unauthorized transfer and regaining access?
