I would like to seek your advice on creating a second Upwork profile under my brother's name. My intention is to manage both profiles on the same laptop and IP address. Is it permissible to operate two profiles on the same device and IP, and if so, are there any specific guidelines I should follow to avoid potential issues?

Just a friendly reminder that each team member will need to log in to their own individual accounts, even when working together. If your group is taking on an Hourly contract, the client will need to hire each person for a new contract.
