Returned Withdrawal Fee

Hi, 

I tried to withdraw an amount from my agency account. I already added my personal bank details to agency payment method as your support team suggested. So when I submit the payment request then it showed error (Returned Withdrawal Fee). Please enable your payment method. But payment method and bank details are same as for freelancer account.

Can any one tell me how can I withdrawal my amount from agency? Because I created an agency and I am the only one who own the agency. Or I filled worng info in tax information. Please suggest me what should I do?
