I'm new to hiring on Upwork and for the most part love it but the calendar seems a little cumbersome. For one thing, I see that we cannot schedule in breaks for ourselves between meetings. For example, instead of being able to say we have time for a meeting at 1:00 and 3:00, we have to pick blocks of time which really leaves no time to get to the next meeting. It would be nice if we had more of an actual calendar to use when scheduling. Also, when looking at responses to my job post, I always feel like I have to go digging to schedule a meeting. If Upwork wants us to schedule meets on their platform- they need to makeit more obvious how to do it. Don't be shy, put it right on the front page. I dont know if it's jus tbecause Upwork is sort of new to this or they are trying to make it difficult but the process seems awfully clunky and amateurish.
