Sending Proposal On Behalf of Non-exclusive Freelance

I have question on sending proposal on behalf of non-exclusive freelancer in my agency. 

In the event client response to the proposal, can I as an agency owner is able to response all the communication in the chat with the potential client directly ?

Hi Johny, 

I'm sorry we missed responding to you. I can confirm that the agency owner or business manager will only be added to the messages room if the client adds you. Otherwise, the agency owner or business manager will not be able to respond to a client if the client responds to an agency proposal.
