Solved: Replying to Support Tickets

Hi!,

Is there a way to reply to support tickets? I can't find one.

 

If there isn't one could you please reach out to me with a support ticket, i need to verify my certificate and the person in the ticket asked me to provide my certificate verification ID.

 

Edit:

I added my certificate again and saw that a support request was created so i was able to list my credentials there!
