Switch my contracts to my agency

Hope you are doing well and healthy.

Can i switch my contracts to my agency? As i am a business manager of my business and i started to open my business bank account for agency.

You can't "switch" ongoing contracts, no.

You'd have to have the client end the contracts and then rehire you under the agency, but the sliding scale would again start at 20% fee

Could you please let me know how it's possible to set myself up as a agency.  I have a couple of other friends who are willing to work with me as team members.

You can add an agency profile to your freelancer profile, and your friends can create profiles, and if they are accepted, you can add them to the agency.

Remember that the agency costs $ 20 per month, plus connects.
