A CONTRACT IS LANDED ON THE OWNER OF THE AGENCY PROFILE ,,, 

ANOTHER FREELANCER CAN RUN TIME TRACKER ON THE SAME CONTRACT WIHLE SITTING FAR IN THE OTHER CITY ?

Hi Majid,

It is not allowed for another person to run the tracker for the freelancer who has the contract. This is considered account sharing which is against ToS and can get your accounts suspended.

If there is another member of the agency who would work on the hourly contract, the offer should be sent directly to them as they have to personally log the hours using the tracker or Work Diary.
