TIN ID issue

Hello, I am trying to fill in my Tax information but I am facing issues because when I enter my TIN ID I receive this kind of error:

"ID Number format is invalid, please try again. Your tax identification number consists of numbers or alphanumeric characters."

I am based in Indonesia, how sould I proceed?

So what I did that worked for me was to get rid of the hyphen contained in the id. For example; instead of C-12, just type it out as C12. That should work
