I certainly hope so. Over 48 hours and no update from them whatsoever. They also better start my agency plus membership when I am given access to it and not when my account was charged.
This has been going on for quite some time now and have not received any update except that there is no update. I need a temporary fix to be able to upgrade to agency plus.
