Hi Muhammad,

The only way to join an agency is to be invited by an agency administrator. Your relationship with them is managed privately outside of Upwork.

Thank You but the agency owners can find us at Upwork once they trying to find Upwork freelancers?

Please keep in mind that agency owners do not have a client profile where they have the option to invite freelancers to their agencies.
