We are using a profile for sometime which started off as an individual profile nurtured and handled by a single person under our tutelage, the said person has since then left the company and moved on, so another resource was attached to the profile. We were getting payments into our paypal account from the get go, but with the change of policies by Upwork, the name of the paypal account should match the profile name, so we have a lot of money stuck in this profile that can't be retreived as there is no payment method attached to it, please advise a course of action. The profile is now attached to our agency.
