Trying to be admin to a agency profile, while still run my freelance work.

I have been a freelancer here for a few years, I also part own a ad agency. So now my business partner is setting up a agency page here and is trying to add me as admin but he go a pop-up: Invitation hasn't been sent. We are unable to send invitation to such users: Then it has my email -User has active assignments or offers. The goal is for me to still freelance on the smaller projects, and bid on the larger, more complex projects using my agency and agency profile. Any solutions?

Please make sure the invitation is being sent for you to be a Non-Exclusive Agency Member. You can learn about Exclusive vs. Non-Exclusive Agency Members here.
