Unable To Buy Connects

I want to buy connects for my Agency and upgrade it to plus I am trying to add MasterCard as a billing method. I saw the following error :

"We are unable to authorize your card. Kindly contact with your Issuing Bank." 

Kindly help me to resolve this issue so I can buy connects to work.

Hi Nishu,

 

I checked and it looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please make sure your card is set up to make international payments and has sufficient funds on it to complete the funding.

Please contact your card-issuing bank to confirm if they allow recurring transactions on your debit cards as Upwork payments are classified as ‘recurring’.

Thank you so much for your but i contacted to banking officers he is saying thats not from our side , every thing is on from our side so kindly helo i cant buy connects

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty adding your card as a billing method. 

 

You can confirm if they allow recurring transactions on your credit cards as Upwork payments are classified as ‘recurring’.  You can also contact your Issuing Bank for further assistance with the error message that you received. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Hello,

I am reaching out for support regarding an issue I am experiencing. I recently added a billing method and attempted to purchase connects, but my transactions are being declined by Upwork. When I click to buy connects, the amount is charged to my Visa card, but shortly after, Upwork rejects the transaction and issues a refund. I have contacted my issuing bank, and they confirmed that there are no issues on their end.
