Unable to Buy Connects

Dear Team,

I am unable to buy connects into both my freelancer and agency account. Previously I had 20 connects which just magically disappeared. Can someone assist me with the same.

Hi Lokesh,

As you are an exclusive member of the agency, you won't be able to use your freelancer membership plan or Connects.

Regarding the agency Connects, you’ll need to upgrade to our $20-a-month Agency Plus plan in order to purchase Connects.
