Unable to access the members under Agency Roster

Recently, my account was put on hold for one of the team member of my agency having their hourly rate less than $3. 

 

Since then I have been trying to access the Agency Roster for a very long time but it shows up with nothing. The entire page has just a "Invite" button. 

 

I'm honestly clueless on how to now modify the rate of my team member and also access the Agency Roster like earlier where everything was perfect and I could manage any of my team member's data

When can this issue be solved? It's been 24 hours almost. The ticket is open and "on-hold" but I haven't been updated about the status of this.

It's been more than 5 days. I'm unable to anything because of this. I'm unable to submit proposals and have lost more than a week of my Agency Plus subscription. I request someone to unblock the account and extend or refund the agency plus subscription cost. It's an utter waste under the circumstances.

Could find tell me if refund can be provided? It's been so many days and I find that nobody is offering any solution to me or my agency
