I am unable to add connects, while I could also see that Connects are already available.
Next, I am unable to add connects either.

Hi Mandar,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I see that you are currently an exclusive agency member, which means that you currently work on Upwork only as part of the agency, and as an exclusive member you do not have a individual Connects balance and you can't purchase additional Connects for your freelancer account. Hey Mandar, when you have that many Connections available, Upwork's system will not allow more Connections to be purchased. If the bidding isn't working properly, logout of Upwork, close your brower, reboot the computer and then go back. Thanks!
