Unable to add skills

Hi Robin, I have activated my agency plus account today and added all necessary details including Vat number. I opened as a freelancer account and then upgraded to the agency plus. I tried to edit skills after upgradation but getting 404 error. Can you please look into this? Also, I didn't get any upwork approval email for the account? Can you please check and let me know if the account is verified and ready to use
