Unable to but connects

Hi Upwork,
I am new to Upwork as an agency owner and last month, I created my own but due to reasons unknown, I am unable to buy connects and this message is coming on a ribbon 'Failed to load the Connects transaction details'. Please help me as I have started building my team and ready to work at but can't do anything.

I checked and it appears that your agency membership is on the Agency Basic plan. You will need to subscribe to the Agency Plus plan before you purchase Connects and add team members to your agency.
