I checked and saw that you are an exclusive agency member of the agency. Please reach out to your agency manager/owner so that they can assist you in updating your profile rate.

My wife is the Administrator becuse it's just the two of us. She doesn't know how to change it either. Can you please provide step-by-step instructions on how to change the posted hourly amount? I can't find the information online. Thank you.

I have reviewed your account, and it seems that you are the sole owner of your agency on Upwork. Currently, there are no agency members listed under your Upwork agency.

To update your hourly rate, you will need to access your agency profile by selecting it from the top right corner of your Upwork home page. Once on your agency profile, navigate to Find Work › Agency Roster, and click the 'Edit Rates' button for the agency member whose hourly rate you need to update.
