Unable to leave agency, error message "Please try again later"

Im unable to leave my agency.
Error message please try again later.
I tried switching the accounts as well and clear cache cookies, no avail.

Hi Marie, 

The Customer Support team looked into your account further, and they can see that you have an active candidacy (or an offer) under your agency's account. Please ask your Agency Owner, or Business Manager to decline the offer so that you can proceed with leaving your agency.
