Unable to pay for agency plus due to some issue

Hi Upwork,

I am unable to pay for 'Agency Plus' due to reasons unknown. I am getting the following message multiple times:
'Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again.'

Kindly check and let me know how can I proceed from here.
