My Name is paul and I have been freelancing for over 2 years on Upwork only when I have time. Recently, I got the top-rated badge. I am looking to fully focus on freelancing as my main source of income and I want to understand more about the agency profile and how I can benefit from it. 

Can someone provide me with a guide or anything to go through to get more ideas about agencies?
