Unmet Criteria - Connects

Hi! I just decided to buy connects, but I see the following message:

"Your profile has not yet been approved
Once your profile has been approved you can view your default membership plan or upgrade your plan on this page."

However, I purchased some amount recently (around 80 or something).

Can you please advise me on what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Ihor,

I checked your account and it was accepted. As an exclusive member of the agency, you won't be able to use your freelancer membership plan/connects. Exclusive agency members can only work on contracts under the agency.
