Upgradation to Agency Plus

I am having an agency with a normal membership but I want to upgrade the same. I am trying to make the payment but the payment doesn't deduct so the membership is not being upgraded. 

Can you help?

Are you receiving any errors on your end? Please keep in mind that in order to be able to upgrade to our Agency Plus plan, you will need to add one of our accepted Billing methods. Thank you.
