Upgrading into Agency Plus

I am using Agency Basic Plan now. I am thinking to Upgrade into Agency Plus account.

But I have some questions. If I upgrade to Agency Plus, then how much connects will I get initially? or I have to purchase it being no initial connects there?

Hi Mohammad, 

The Agency Plus membership plan does not include Connects. You may read more about it here. Once you upgrade, you can purchase Connects for your agency account. All proposals will draw from the agency's collective Connects balance.

Dear Avery,

We are Corusview IT services Pvt Ltd. Having an Agency account on Upwork. Recently one of our member who was working individually joined us and suggested us to get himself merged in our Agency account as he will be working for us from now, thus we wanted to know whether we will be able to club his profile with our Agency account or not and whether his earning as an individual developer can be transferred to our Agency bank account.
