Upload certification of team member in profile?

Can an individual freelancer upload certification of his or her team member as we work together ?

Can my individual freelance account represent a very small company of 4 until we get mature for Agency in span of time? I have three more team members who are certified and I want to reflect clients that I have capacity to do this work with team's certifications. Please guide here before I edit my profile.
