Upwork API

Hi 

I would like to integrate upwork service into my billing solution. I need API access to pull billing history aka payment history and how much money is available on agency account. Is possible to fetch those data as data from the bill which upwork generates after each contract is completed?  I would use api service once or twice a month.

I have requsted upwork API access and also I have submited my ID over month ago. Since than I have been waiting for upwork response but there is no email from upwork regardning my status.
